Shipping and Delivery

Welcome to Mimi's Workshop ! Behind every order, there's a handcrafted and dedicated process. We ask that you carefully read how our deadlines and shipping work:

1. Handmade Production (Our Secret)

Since we work with custom-made, handmade pieces, each item requires a certain amount of time to create.

• Our average manufacturing time is 5 to 7 business days .
• This time is necessary to ensure that your piece (whether it's a glass, a decorative item, or a gift) leaves the workshop with the highest quality.

2. Delivery Times

After the production time, your order will be shipped. The time it takes to arrive at your address depends on the destination:

• Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days after shipment.
• Islands (Madeira and Azores): 3 to 7 business days.

3. Fragile Items (Glassware and Cups)

We know that many of our items are delicate. That's why we take extra care in packaging them:

• We use specific protective measures to ensure that glasses and glassware arrive intact.
• Very Important: Upon receiving the package, if you notice any damage or hear anything breaking inside, take a photo before opening it and contact us immediately.

4. Damage in Transit

If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, please send us an email to oficina.da.mimi@hotmail.com within the first 24 hours after delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total weight of your order.
